Intent Mapping
Defined top user journeys for injury vs. prenup visitors and the decision points in each.
The Law Office of Brian Nguyen
A practice spanning personal injury and prenuptial agreements needed a clean information hierarchy that supports two very different user intents, while reinforcing accessibility, bilingual support, and direct communication.
The Challenge
Injury clients tend to arrive under stress and need reassurance plus fast direction. Prenup clients usually arrive with planning intent and want transparent process and pricing. The challenge was creating a structure and tone that feels tailored to both, without splitting the brand into two disconnected experiences.
“Build a dual-intent site that feels simple—whether a visitor is dealing with an injury or planning a marriage.”
Our Approach
We built two primary pathways (injury + prenup), reinforced trust through reviews, and kept contact centered with a straightforward consultation request flow.

Built two clear service pillars with consistent subpage templates and internal linking.
Implemented a contact-first structure with low-friction consultation requests and strong trust signals.
