Nathan Benyamin

As founder and managing attorney, Nathan founded North Star Law with one goal in mind: to couple aggressive advocacy and excellent service to clients. With experience as a trusts attorney, Nathan understood and valued client care and effective advocacy. Prior to founding his own firm, Nathan worked at one of the largest international law firms in the world. Subsequently, Nathan worked at two of the top trial employment firms in California. From there, Nathan found a passion for protecting and advocating for employees and injured individuals.

However, after working in the industry, Nathan saw a need for a different kind of approach. Nathan created North Star Law to bring his expertise as a client-focused attorney and an aggressive litigator to create the perfect balance of effective advocacy for clients. Nathan will stop at nothing to bring his client’s claims to a meaningful resolution and believes that every case requires significant attention and care. Nathan has found that this curated approach creates the best opportunity for success in advocating for clients.

Nathan is a proud alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During his time at the law school, he honed his advocacy skills as Vice President of the Moot Court Honors Board. Prior to UCLA, Nathan earned a masters degree from the University of Southern California and a bachelors degree from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.
